3. Product Search & Selection Process

Now, find your desired Nike Dunk High apparel (e.g., hoodies, t-shirts, pants).

  • Search: On Weidian, use the search bar. Try keywords like "Nike Dunk High 卫衣" (hoodie) or "Nike Dunk High 短袖" (t-shirt). Copy product links.
  • Filter: Use filters for price range, seller reputation (high "DSR" scores are better), and recent sales.
  • Assess: Carefully read the product description (translated). Scrutinize all provided photos, including tags and logos, for authenticity. Read buyer reviews and check seller return policies.
  • Compare: Don't buy from the first listing. Compare prices and quality across different sellers. cafans.com provides product comparison tools and guides to help identify the best deals and reputable sellers.

4. Ordering & Payment Tutorial

  2. Step 2: Agent Purchases & Quotes
Loongbuy's agent will purchase the item and update your dashboard with a price quote including product cost, domestic Chinese shipping, and their service fee.
  3. Step 3: Payment & Security
Review the quote and proceed to pay via your pre-set method. Loongbuy uses secure payment gateways. cafans.com offers secure payment guidance for added peace of mind.
  4. Step 4: Confirmation & QC
Once the item arrives at Loongbuy's warehouse, they will provide Quality Check (QC) photos. Approve the item before it ships internationally.
  5. Step 5: Communication
Use the message system in your Loongbuy account to communicate with their customer service for any queries.

5. Shipping & Delivery Management

After approving QC photos:

  • Shipping Method: In your Loongbuy parcel dashboard, choose an international carrier (e.g., EMS, DHL, SAL). Consider cost vs. speed.
  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking number. Monitor your parcel via the carrier's website or Loongbuy's tracking page.
  • Customs: Loongbuy will declare the parcel contents. Be aware of your country's import tax thresholds to avoid unexpected fees.
  • Timeline: Expect 2-4 weeks for delivery after international dispatch, depending on the method and customs.
  • Issues: For lost or damaged parcels, contact Loongbuy support immediately. cafans.com provides shipping optimization tips to help you choose the best and safest routes.
