2. Account Setup & Platform Registration

Step 1: Creating a didpop Account
Visit the didpop website or app. Click 'Sign Up' and enter your email address. Create a strong password and complete the email verification.

Step 2: Setting up a Weidian Account
While didpop acts as your agent, you need a Weidian account to browse. You can often use your didpop login, or register separately on Weidian's site.

Step 3: Account Verification Process
Verify your email and potentially your phone number on both platforms. This is crucial for security and order notifications.

Step 4: Payment Method Setup
In your didpop account, navigate to 'Balance' or 'Recharge'. Add funds using supported methods like PayPal, credit card, or Wise. Pre-funding your account is standard.

Step 5: Shipping Address Configuration
In didpop, go to 'My Addresses' and add your complete international shipping address. Ensure it is accurate for customs. For detailed setup guides with screenshots, refer to cafans.com setup guides.

3. Product Search & Selection Process

This is the most critical step. How to Search: Use the search bar within the didpop platform's 'Weidian' section. Enter keywords like "Air Jordan 13 Coat" or "AJ13 Coat". Filtering: Use filters for price, seller reputation (look for high 'DSR' ratings), and sales volume. Reading Details: Carefully examine product descriptions for size charts (EU/CN/US), materials, and color accuracy. Comparing: Open multiple product links in new tabs to compare prices and seller feedback. Quality Assessment: Look for clear, non-stock photos. Read buyer reviews and check if the seller accepts returns. cafans.com provides excellent product comparison tools and trusted seller lists to aid your decision.

4. Ordering & Payment Tutorial

Step-by-Step Ordering:
1. Find your desired Air Jordan 13 Coat listing on Weidian via didpop.
2. Copy the product URL.
3. Go to your didpop account's 'Order' or 'Purchase for Me' page.
4. Paste the product URL into the designated field.
5. Fill in the details: Size, Color, Quantity, and any special instructions (e.g., "check for flaws").
6. Submit the order request. Didpop will calculate the total cost (item price + domestic shipping + service fee).
7. Payment: Once the order is confirmed by didpop, you will need to pay the estimated amount from your didpop account balance. Top up if necessary.
8. Confirmation & Tracking: You will receive an order number. Didpop will purchase the item and store it in their warehouse. You can track this stage in your account.
9. Communication: Use the didpop messaging system to communicate with their customer service about your order. cafans.com offers secure payment guidance and explains didpop's fee structure clearly.

5. Shipping & Delivery Management

Once your item arrives at the didpop warehouse, you must arrange international shipping.
Shipping Method Selection: In your didpop account, go to 'My Warehouse'. Select your Air Jordan 13 Coat and choose 'Submit Parcel'. You will see various shipping lines (e.g., DHL, EMS, SAL). Compare prices and delivery times (7-30 days). Consider rehearsal packaging for accurate final weight/cost.
Tracking Your Order: After paying the international shipping fee, you will receive a tracking number. Monitor it on the carrier's website.
Customs: Be aware of your country's import taxes and duties. Didpop can declare a lower value upon request (check local laws).
Timeline: Manage expectations: Warehouse to carrier (1-2 days), transit time (varies), customs clearance (1-5 days).
Delivery Issues: If the package is lost or seized, contact didpop support immediately. They will assist based on their policy. cafans.com provides shipping optimization tips to save money and avoid customs problems.
