5. Shipping & Delivery Management

The final stage involves getting your jeans to your doorstep.

• Shipping Method Selection: Once your jeans arrive at the allchinabuy warehouse (you'll get QC photos), you must choose an international shipping line. Options include EMS, DHL, FedEx, or SAL. Consider cost, speed, and reliability. Heavier items like jeans may favor certain lines.
• Tracking Your Order: After you pay the international shipping fee, you'll receive a tracking number. Monitor it on the carrier's website (e.g., DHL, USPS).
• Customs & Import: Be aware of your country's customs regulations and potential import taxes. The agent will declare the value; ensure it's accurate to avoid delays.
• Timeline: Expect 2-7 days for the item to reach the agent's warehouse, then 7-20 days for international shipping, depending on the method chosen.
• Handling Issues: If there's a delivery problem, contact allchinabuy support first. For damaged or incorrect items received at the warehouse, you can request an exchange/refund before international shipping.
