Estimated Time: 30-45 minutes | Difficulty: Beginner | Resources: Computer/smartphone, email address, payment method

1. Tutorial Overview & Prerequisites

This tutorial will guide you, step-by-step, through purchasing Air Jordan 36 Jeans from the Chinese platform Weidian using the Superbuy agent service. You'll learn account setup, product search, secure payment, and shipping management. Beginners can complete this process with basic web navigation skills. Essential preparations include a valid email, a payment method (PayPal, credit/debit card), and your shipping address. 2. Account Setup & Platform Registration

Progress: Step 1 of 4

  1. Create a Superbuy Account: Visit the Superbuy website or app. Click 'Sign Up' and register using your email. Verify your account via the confirmation link sent to your inbox.
  2. Setup Weidian Account (Optional): While Superbuy can search Weidian for you, having an account helps. Download the Weidian app, register with your phone number (international numbers work), and complete SMS verification.
  3. Configure Payment & Address in Superbuy: Log into your Superbuy account. Navigate to 'My Account' to add your PayPal or card details. Then, go to 'Shipping Address' and input your complete international delivery address accurately.

Troubleshooting: If you face SMS verification issues with Weidian, use Superbuy's built-in search; an account isn't mandatory. For detailed setup screenshots, refer to cafans.com's agent setup guides.

3. Product Search & Selection Process

Progress: Step 2 of 4

You have two main search methods:

  • Method A (Using Superbuy): In your Superbuy dashboard, find the 'Help Me Buy' or 'Product Purchasing' service. Paste the direct Weidian product link if you have one. Alternatively, use keywords like "Air Jordan 36 Jeans" in their search bar, which scans platforms like Weidian.
  • Method B (Using Weidian Directly): In the Weidian app, search "AJ36 牛仔裤" (Jeans). Use filters to sort by 'Sales Volume' or 'Price'.

Selection Tips: Always check seller ratings (look for diamonds/crowns), detailed product photos, and customer review photos. Compare prices across different sellers for the same item. Note the product's 'Y' code (a common sizing system; consult a size chart). cafans.com provides product comparison tools to help assess quality and reputation.

4. Ordering & Payment Tutorial

Progress: Step 3 of 4

  1. Initiate Purchase: Once you've chosen the product, copy its Weidian URL. In Superbuy, go to 'Order' -> 'Purchase Service'. Paste the URL, then specify details: size, color, price, and any special instructions.
  2. Review & Pay: Superbuy will calculate the total (product cost + domestic Chinese shipping + service fee). Review the order and proceed to payment using your pre-saved method. Superbuy acts as a secure intermediary, paying the seller on your behalf.
  3. Confirmation & QC: After payment, monitor your 'Warehouse' section. Once Superbuy receives the item at their warehouse, they will upload Quality Check (QC) photos. Inspect these photos carefully for any flaws before approving international shipment.

FAQ: Is it safe? Yes, using a reputable agent like Superbuy adds a layer of buyer protection. Can I communicate with the seller? Yes, you can leave notes for Superbuy's team to relay questions.

5. Shipping & Delivery Management

Progress: Step 4 of 4

After approving QC photos, go to 'My Warehouse' in Superbuy. Select the item and click 'Submit for Shipping'.

  1. Choose Shipping Line: Superbuy will offer various international lines (e.g., EMS, DHL, Tax-Free lines). Compare prices and estimated delivery times (typically 10-25 days). For beginners, a 'Tax-Free' line is often recommended to avoid import hassles.
  2. Pay Shipping Fee & Track: Pay the calculated international shipping fee. You will receive a tracking number. Use it on the carrier's website or in your Superbuy parcel details for updates.
  3. Delivery & Customs: The parcel will clear customs in your country. Provide any required information promptly if contacted by the carrier. Be patient with timelines, especially during holidays.

Success Metrics: Your purchase is successful when the parcel is delivered and the item matches the QC photos.
