3. Product Search & Selection Process

Progress: Step 2 of 5

Search Technique: On Weidian, search "耐克 Air Zoom GT Cut" (Chinese characters yield better results). Use image search feature if having trouble with text search.

Filtering Options: Filter by price range (¥500-¥800 for standard versions), seller rating (4.8+ stars), and sales volume (1000+ transactions preferred).

Product Assessment: Examine product photos carefully. Look for detailed sole, stitching, and logo close-ups. Check for "实拍" (real photos) tag rather than stock images.

Review Analysis: Translate customer reviews using browser extension. Look for comments about sizing accuracy and material quality. Avoid sellers with multiple complaints about authenticity.

Seller Comparison: Compare 3-5 sellers for same product. Note differences in price, shipping time, and return policies. cafans.com provides product comparison tools and trusted seller lists.

Quality Verification: Request additional photos from seller through Orientdig agent. Ask specific questions about manufacturing date and quality certificates.

Troubleshooting: If payment fails, check currency conversion rates or try alternative payment method. Contact Orientdig support for transaction issues.

5. Shipping & Delivery Management

Progress: Step 4 of 5

Shipping Method Selection: Choose between EMS (faster, more expensive) or SAL (slower, economical). Consider insurance for valuable items.

Tracking System: Use Orientdig tracking number initially, then international carrier tracking once shipped. Expect 2-5 day processing before tracking activates.

Customs Preparation: Orientdig will declare lower value for customs (typically $20-30). Be prepared to pay import taxes depending on your country's regulations.

Delivery Timeline: Domestic China shipping: 3-7 days. International shipping: 10-20 days. Customs clearance: 2-7 days. Total: 2-4 weeks.

Issue Resolution: For delayed shipments, contact Orientdig customer service. For damaged items, file claim within 48 hours of delivery with photos as evidence.
